PROJECT MANAGER

MARKETING 360° VIEW

I have been working in marketing for eighteen years, and I’ve had the rare opportunity to follow most social networks and marketing platforms since their inception. I have already worked in the vast majority of marketing areas, which gives me a vast view of marketing aspects and how to integrate in different strategies.


Today, my focus is on social media branding since I am fascinated by behavioural economics and social media is the big window from our time to see humans behaving.

My fascination with human behaviour encouraged me to pursue an MBA and postgraduate degrees in marketing and start a postgraduate degree in psychoanalysis. Also, in recent years, I have been travelling to almost twenty countries, experiencing different cultures, enriching my repertoire for future social media marketing campaigns, and improving my language skills.


I have a unique vision, and sharing some of it in future interviews will be a pleasure. For now, welcome to a few moments of my career, seeing my portfolio.

  • Head of the JK Rowling books “Fantastic Beasts” series on SM channels and for the co-branding launches with e-commerce as Amazon.


  • I was challenged to introduce the second-biggest publisher in the world to a Brazilian audience through SM channels when the company arrived in the Brazilian market.
  • In charge of the content calendar for products in a few South American countries. As part of a global agency team, I could manage KitcheAid social media accounts with thousands of followers.


  • Management of influencer partnership campaigns to promote product launches.
  • I created and planned a webinar sequence with the CMS specialists to promote the product features. The content strategies involved social media channels and email marketing flow. We had an expressive increasing engagement and conversions.

  • The branding project “Fly Better” aimed to strengthen the Fly Emirates brand in a few countries in South America as the top fly company in the audience's mind. As part of a global agency team, I was responsible for managing the meta campaigns and Google advertising platform (360), following the goals of this big Branding Awareness Project.
  • HarperCollins is an American publisher that has existed for more than 200 years and is the second-biggest publisher in the world. In 2016, the company started operating in Brazil, and I was responsible for introducing the brand and books to Brazilian readers through social media channels and other online strategies. We reached great numbers for the first months with few titles as sales hit in Book Shops.
  • As head of marketing at Lumis, I lead the content team to develop and post the calendar I created following the company sales goals for product and niche audiences. We increased in more than 100% of new audience and engagement numbers over two years.

  • In charge to manage the seventeen rebranding websites for countries in South and Central America where Kotex sells its products, handling developers, UX/UI designers, SEO and content teams using scrum master methodology.


  • The project's goal was to renew the audience's age. As part of a global agency team, I could integrate deep behaviour research to plan a new communication plan for the following years through the seventeen websites, an essential channel to approach the target audience. The rebranding increased a few website viewers by almost 20% compared with the past months.
  • I implemented a new CRM/marketing platform, (HUBSPOT) and was the leader operations inside the company;
  • Leader of the Websummit (biggest technolgy event in the world) participation project. I negotiated the budget and conditions, trained the pitch sales at the whole business and sales team, and led the governance to drive company participation. The event generated more than 200 new leads, an expressive number of contracts for the company and strengthened awareness between clients and a new audience.

IT’S ALL ABOUT PEOPLE

I recently created the IT'S ALL ABOUT PEOPLE project, where through the foundations of behaviour economy combined with branding and marketing strategies, it seeks to win over the consumer naturally, respecting the human process and the rapid evolution of everything, everywhere, all the time. I believe this evolution overloads the emotional aspect, and brands that do not understand this process will lose space to those who understand that sales are a consequence of emotions.


Let's leave marketing automation to AI, which will do this very well. Let's talk about what can't be automated: human emotions.
